1:1 Remote Coaching

Entry into my online coaching is by invitation only. The reason being that I want to work with people who are willing to be courageous, bold and do the work to break through the things that are keeping them stuck so they can live the lives they want to live and, most of all, have the potential to live!

 

This is the beginning of your path to discovering what it is you truly desire and designing the roadmap to get there.

You and I work together to create a program that moves with you and your life. I program for you week to week based on what your goals are, your schedule, what you have coming up (holidays, busy seasons, home workouts if needed – anything!).  These are very limited spots. I keep the 1:1 numbers small so I can be there for you, fully.

  • 60 minute in-depth consultation and the OPC signature Body IQ assessment

  • Individualised weekly training program

  • Comprehensive nutrition and training guide

  • Video analysis and weekly check ins

  • Education on nutrition and a framework that suits your life

  • Guidance on lifestyle factors

  • 12-week mindset course

  • 45 minute phone/ Skype call per month

  • Direct access to me

  • Access to private OPC community with weekly trainings on mindset, movement and nutrition

  • Access to online individualised training portal

As much positive change as there is in my training, the positive changes in lifestyle and mindset is something I most appreciated from Olivia’s coaching.

She doesn’t feel like a distance coach at all, and she always expresses so much care, patience, and kindness when it comes to my struggles with how I was feeling. For example, she didn’t just care about how I did for that day’s training; she cares about how I FEEL about what I did and she made me realise that perspective is everything.

When it comes to days that I’m not feeling the best and didn’t do as well as I hope to, she guided me to see the situation from a different angle and to focus on what I can control. The hardest part of this process was feeling vulnerable. I was out of my comfort zone. It was all new- the exercises and working with a trainer. There was very little running. However, I made a commitment to myself. In order to see the results that I wanted I had to learn to trust her and the process. As well as providing support, encouragement, and feedback from my workouts within a timely manner. Initially, working with her began as an attempt to get stronger that has transformed into a journey of self discovery.
