IN-PERSON PERSONAL TRAINING

In-person coaching gives you expert eyes on your movement and guidance from a coach who understands your whole life beyond the gym. It’s more than just a session. it’s training designed for your season, your body, and your goals.

Sessions are run out of Rise Strength and Conditioning 80 Pingwu Road, Changning District, Shanghai.

Please note: My availability for in-person coaching is extremely limited right now. I have space for just a handful of committed clients. If you’re interested, I recommend applying soon so we can chat about your goals and see if it’s the right fit.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Here’s how it works:

There are three tier packages to choose from (each include the rental for the private gym space). 

​

  • PREMIUM is for women who want the most touch points and hands-on support — whether they’re rebuilding postpartum, training through pregnancy, or working toward a specific goal. You’ll get the same personalised programming as all tiers, with more frequent sessions and deeper guidance to keep you progressing.

​

  • FLEXIBLE offers strong support with a bit more flexibility, ideal for those with tighter schedules or budgets who still want guidance, structure, and consistency.

​

  • SEMI-PRIVATE is for 2–4 people, offering a cost-effective way to train with a friend or in a small group, while still receiving personal attention. Perfect for postpartum mums or anyone who thrives with social connection in a private space.
