Although most of my adult years have been tied up in competitive sport, I have had my own battles.

 

From an unhealthy relationship with food and exercise, resulting in hypothalamic amenorrhea, there have been many dark days figuring out what is best for me and my body: what diet to do, what exercise to do, what the HECK to do! I have tried everything under the sun and finding balance has been a difficult task.

 

But through my own struggles and wins, what I have learnt from my own coaches and mentors, I am here to help you find your own path within the chaos that can be health and fitness!

First things first...

 

I am a women’s health and performance coach, an NCI and PN certified health and nutrition coach, NZQA L3 and L4 personal trainer and a L2 CrossFit coach. I currently live in Seoul, South Korea but originally I come from New Zealand and I work with clients from all over the world.

Health and fitness should not be determined by a physical image but how you feel in your own skin and the way you view food and moving your body. It is about building a lifestyle rooted in sustainable habits. 

I work with my clients to get physically stronger to become mentally stronger to then develop capacity to stand tall with confidence and own their space in the world. 

There are many different paths to lead you to your health and fitness goals and the thing to remember is that no two journeys are the same. There is no right or wrong way to achieve an outcome but find the right way that going to support your health and your goals and that is sustainable is going to reign supreme!
