1:1 Nutrition & Lifestyle Coaching

This program focuses on making bold changes to your nutrition and lifestyle through a customised program. I work with you remotely through the software True Coach and Skype.

This program includes:

  • 60 minute Zoom consultation to chat about your health and wellness goals. Together we will craft a plan that will help these goals come to fruition.

  • Comprehensive analysis of intake forms, questionnaires and signature Body IQ assessment.

  • Comprehensive analysis of one, 3–7 day food record with thoughtful, realistic suggestions to help you best meet your health goals and make sustainable changes.

  • Nutrition coaching based on protocols that suit your lifestyle and preferences as well as working together on education around mindful eating, macronutrients and the ins and outs of food.

  • Integrative guidance on essential lifestyle factors: sleep, stress management, movement, mental wellbeing.

  • Weekly email check in; each Monday, you’ll complete a short questionnaire about how the week went for you – identifying the wins and challenges – and I’ll offer insight and guidance, as well as tweak your plan to ensure a successful week ahead.

  • Bimonthly 30 minute phone/ Skype call.

  • Access to private Facebook group with weekly trainings.

  • Access to online platform where you can track all your nutrition.

A three month commitment is required, however, this is often just enough time to start to find your groove. To create true, long-lasting and sustainable change I create your plan as a year-long process with many different stages and phases (nutrition must be periodised) that build upon one another in the process. This is a commitment to yourself and I believe in transformation, not 12-week quick fixes.

As much positive change as there is in my training, the positive changes in lifestyle and mindset is something I most appreciated from Olivia’s coaching.

She doesn’t feel like a distance coach at all, and she always expresses so much care, patience, and kindness when it comes to my struggles with how I was feeling. For example, she didn’t just care about how I did for that day’s training; she cares about how I FEEL about what I did and she made me realise that perspective is everything.

When it comes to days that I’m not feeling the best and didn’t do as well as I hope to, she guided me to see the situation from a different angle and to focus on what I can control. And resolving those negative feelings around a “bad” day of training is what kept me to be motivated and ready to move on.

The hardest part of this process was feeling vulnerable. I was out of my comfort zone. It was all new- the exercises and working with a trainer. There was very little running. However, I made a commitment to myself. In order to see the results that I wanted I had to learn to trust her and the process.
