The Bold Collective | FAQ

Who is The Bold Collective for?
It is for any woman who wants to explore what she’s truly capable of inside and outside of the gym. It’s for women that have had some experience lifting (not it’s not required. I do have a 12-week fundamentals program you can start on!) and are committed to getting strong.

What’s included?
You will get your own training portal where you can record, track and measure all your workouts as well as metrics, nutrition and communicate with me! You will have monthly training and Q and A with me, a nutrition guide, a training guide, access to me and a community of other rad humans.

What if I have to cancel my membership?
No worries, sister! Life happens. Just send me an email and we will sort it out for you. There is a 3-month commitment which is so you can have enough time to start to see results (they don’t happen overnight unfortunately!).

What happens when I join?
Once you finish your subscription, you’ll receive a welcome email from me and your login to True Coach. The welcome email will give you instructions on what to do next and we’ll get you into the Slack group straight away, too!

What if I can’t use the app?

The app is super user-friendly and although it may seem a bit overwhelming at the start with lot of information, it will all become second nature before you know it.

How do I know if this is right for me?
I am here to support you, as well as the community of women doing it with you. If there are exercises you cannot do because of injury, lack of equipment, etc, I will give you suggestions for how to modify.

What equipment do I need?
You will need to be in a gym that has dumbbells, barbells, bumper plates, kettlebells, a cable machine and some resistance bands (unless you have these yourself!), a bench, box, rower, bike and an open mind! Don’t worry if you don’t have everything as there are modifications.

What if I don’t have time for this?
This is an investment in yourself. The commitment to training 3-5 times a week is a form of self care, it is a commitment to your health and future you.

When does my payment come out?

The same day you signed up. Every month a reoccurring payment will come out on the same date you signed up (sign up on the 14th, that's your payment date. Sign up on the 31st, that, or the end of the month date is your payment date).

How often do the workouts change?

Every 4-5 weeks you get a new phase. The program progresses this way with deload weeks included. Your goal is to up the weight or reps depending on the workouts each week in preparation for the next phase.
