Do you want a fun and effective way to get stronger, build muscle, increase your fitness and do it in a way that isn’t all or nothing?

The Bold Collective is the only program that helps ambitious women get strong, redefine their health
and ditch the all-or-nothing mindset.


I created the Boldness Project because I started to get enquiries from women who were not able to work with me in a 1:1 capacity. So, I got thinking: what if I could create a bigger community of women that are on a similar path? And just like that The Bold Collective was created.


It’s a strength and conditioning training plan that’s progressive, takes the stress out of thinking about what to do, educates you on why you’re doing what you’re doing and teaches you how to level up your mindset, nutrition and lifestyle to support your efforts in the gym.


It helps you finally make sense of what you need to do to live a bold life. It gives you the structure and framework of a solid program but give you the autonomy for it to shift with your life.


It moves with you, not you with it.

It’s not just a PDF that’s emailed to you and you’re sent on your way.

You’re in charge of your own journey, yes, but I’m here to guide you along the way with education around training, recovery, nutrition, mindset, how to improve your lifestyle (such as sleep and stress).
 

I believe that education is power. But the application of it is how you see change.
 

One of the biggest points of difference between The Boldness Project and other strength and conditioning programs is I believe that we are multifaceted humans. Often what we ​think​ we want isn’t actually the case. This is why I take a 360 degree approach with the program I’ve created. It’s not just about sets and reps but everything else that contributes to your efforts in the gym.
 

This is the missing piece in most programs.
 

You will be sent monthly mindset modules, have access to an epic training guide and a actionable nutrition guide that give you the why's and how's.
 

I get the nutrition piece, but why mindset?


Plain and simple: without a clear understanding of your why, your intention and having a resilient and growth-based mindset, action cannot be taken.


Action is the way we create change. You know these things but you just need a side dish or support to hold you accountable.


Although I am not there coaching you everyday, we have monthly catch ups, I'm in the Slack group answering questions, offering support and seeing your wins in TrueCoach (the app where your training is housed).

How it works

Give me six months and I’ll show you how you can get strong and set a solid foundation in your body and mind to create room for you to do the epic things you do in this world.
 

The Boldness project is a progressive strength and conditioning program that focuses on improving your strength, fitness and movement.

You will be given a new training block each month with a detailed breakdown of why you’re doing what you’re doing, how it fits into the bigger picture as well as monthly mindset modules. You will have access to your own training portal where you will track your workouts and progress.

The Bold Collective will help you ...

  • Know how you can train hard but not burn yourself out.

  • Move out of cycles with fitness that have been keeping you stuck.

When you sign up you’ll get an invitation to True Coach, your training portal.

 

This is where you’ll see all of your workouts, track your workouts and training metrics as well as have access to all the material I provide you to help you on your journey. You can also communicate with me.

- Aren't prepared to commit to 3 or 5 days a week in the gym.

- Aren't prepared to prioritise their health & fitness.
